Non-Registered Critics: Ron Irwin
Ron Irwin was born in Chicago, Illinois a long time ago. He served in the Marine Corps in Vietnam, became a trial lawyer, TV and radio host, CEO of a public company and once held an Emmy. He never won an Emmy he just held one. Ron has written and published fourteen books . His most important book to date is “Live, Die, Live Again” in which Ron tells of his early life and his unexpected and very temporary death in 2012. That experience dramatically refocused his life and within the pages of that book Ron reveals how he achieved a much healthier life, ridding himself of Diabetes, Cancer and Heart Failure. Now Ron enjoys writing about many things but mostly health topics and the world of performing arts. He loves writing theatrical reviews and profiles of entertainers he finds uniquely interesting. That passion began in the 1980’s when his very first celebrity interview was on KFOX 93.5 FM with a young lad who had just returned from Australia. That young man’s name was Mel Gibson. Ron’s motto is “Live better, live longer and live stronger because it feels great and annoys others.” Recently Ron expanded his resume even further by publishing two books containing his extremely captivating visual art. “Whimsical Trees” is a collection of fifty images. All based on digital photographs of real trees but modified to show something hidden within. His most recent publication is a collection of 80 deeply compelling images all modified with a rare artistic flare.
