Audience: Adam Slemon
Fantastic Show! Sight Unseen takes place over the span of several decades, giving us an intimate look into the life of an artist and the consequences of his art. All of the performers were outstanding. Adam Wasser in the leading role, effortlessly delivering emotional and thought provoking dialogue with equal ease, gave us a layered performance that was made all the more engaging by the intimate space. Jodi Dennithorne's vulnerability left you aching for a resolution her character will never know. Breon Bliss' understated portrayal of an emasculated husband was pitch perfect. Holly McKee-Clark was the perfect foil to Wasser's arrogant artist, allowing Wasser to show his true colors while poignantly criticizing the art and the man. I can't recommend this show enough. Go see Sight Unseen.
