Last Christmas

The actor in this one-man show was nothing short of delightful. The different voices of the people he was having conversations with made it easy to follow, and without the differences it could have got confusing really quickly. The show is full of those crazy but hilarious emotions we all go through while trying to get over a loss. The energy in the play overall was done wonderfully. A very fun story to watch!

Laertes Loves Hamlet Loves Ophelia

This was a fun and interesting "update" to the traditional Hamlet play. While still including your classic characters and plot, this play explored the layers of the characters of Hamlet, Laertes and Ophelia with a modern lens. It was very interesting and entertaining!

Baba, Jee (Father, Yes)

This play is a very honest and sweet slice of life portrayal that was extremely enjoyable. The actors connect all on the different levels they need to and the entire script is very universal in the experiences and emotions explored. The characters were rich and interesting - id love to see 10 years later when Baba moves in be a sitcom tv show!

The Women of Lockerbie

Wow! The execution of this play was beautiful. The actors all put on a very thoughtful and true portrayal of the characters and thr things they all went through. There wont be a dry eye at the end of any performance

INGERSOLL SPEAKS - AGAIN!

Ingersoll is a fun amd interesting look at the writings of a now rarely heard of historical figure. It centers around his writings and opinions about religion. The actor/writer is clearly very passionate about the man Ingersoll and this shines through the entire performance. Its quite maddening so little has changed for society since the 1800s

Skin Jobs

This was a very honest portrayal about 2 young women trying to figure out how to do the right thing and also pay the bills. The male playwright did a great job writing real women with real problems in the troubling world of media we live in. Would highly recommend!

The First And The Last

I found this show really interesting – we get to see the other side of the story from some of our historical/biblical villains. It's an interesting look at what is sin and is it always bad? Nicely unfolded story with really solid acting.

Love After Death

Overall the show was entertaining. A kind of “you need to laugh at yourself unless you are going to cry” kind of tone. It was supplemented with video and photos. More than mental health, it seemed to me more about how our romantic relationships and our reactions to they change us, for the good or bad. A very brave piece that Brittany constructed and is sharing her truths with us.

SURVIVAL CHECK

This show was so much fun! 4 friends end up on an adventure they never would have imagined. Besides the fantasy/DND element, the show was very much about love and relationships. Love for old friends, new friends, and the deep rooted love for family. The different plot lines were nicely layered and interwoven within the entire show. Funny and silly as you would expect, with serious personal relationships expressed throughout. I'd highly recommend!
