Anxiety Written is one of my very favorite things I've seen at Fringe. Jess lets her audience in on a tremendous uphill battle with humor, grace, and raw emotion. I learned so much about her struggle, while also immediately finding parallels with the people in my own life. I can't recommend it enough, and I'm sure glad I didn't miss it.
This show was breathtaking, incredibly designed, and doesn't have an ounce of fat for the entirety of the play. Well written, acted, and directed, I left the theater absolutely blown away by what they had accomplished. Everyone at Fringe should be spending some time here. You will be incredibly happy that you did!
“New Kid on the Block” took a problem that is challenging this city and the country, and approached it with respectful humor. The cast was sharp, and at 30 minutes, it's a great and quick Fringe show to attend. The movement and stage direction, as well as the flow of characters kept things interesting and kept your head on a swivel. Very enjoyable to see these actors take turns at multiple roles.
