First and foremost, great grounded acting. Believable stories from the workplace. You almost forget you’re at a show and feel a little odd being an onlooker into peoples vulnerable moments. But that’s what makes it so great. Taking you out of one reality and plopping you into another. It was well paced and didn’t drag, which some shows tend to do. It had some funny moments, but also many moments that moved and almost squeezed a tear out of this soul-less human.
