A few days ago I drove to Disney Studios to see a press screening of AVENGERS ENDGAME and I have one word to describe this film...FANTASTIC! It is everything you want in a super hero movie and more. Without giving anything away, it has great action, edge of your seat tension, humor and it may even bring a tear to your eyes. I mean Super Heroes from all over the universe coming together to fight evil and restore their love ones to earth, how could you not get a little misty eye.

Briefly as many of you know from AVENGERS INFINITY WAR fifty percent of the Earth's population has been wiped out thanks to the evil demigod Thanos (Josh Brolin) by using the six Infinity Stones he acquired. Thanos has to be the first monster that ever cared about overpopulation.

Anyway when the film opens Tony Stark (Robert Downey Jr at his best) is adrift in space with no food or water. He sends a message to Pepper Potts (Gwyneth Paltrow) as his oxygen supply starts to dwindle. Meanwhile the remaining Avengers, Thor, Black Widow, Captain America, The Raccoon and Bruce Banner must figure out a way to bring back their vanquished allies for an epic showdown with Thanos and epic it is.

The film opens Friday, April 26, 2019. Get your tickets immediately because it is selling out fast.

So after delving into this action, fantasy sic-fi what better way to keep the thrills going then to drive to Huntington Beach to see the new BLUES FESTIVAL.

The great lineup includes Eric Sardinas, New Blues Revolution, Guitar Shorty, James Harman, Verdurous, Rhythm Shakers, The Broughams, Whiskey and The Wolves, Deb TGaren Band , The Michael Mills Band and Union Hobos. If you are into the blues, it doesn't get better than this.
