"Cindy's show is stunning. In it, she shares her experiences with her beloved cats, all four of them, and how they taught her about life, loss and love. She made me laugh and cry and took me on an emotional journey about how deep a relationship with a cat can go. As a cat lover I could totally relate. As one who has lost a dear pet my heart broke when she lost all of them in a very short time. The beauty in the work is that through her losses she was also given the gift of herself in all her magnificence, vulnerability and passion. The gift of her cats like the gift of her performance were a treat for my soul."

"Loved this play. Cindy's portrayal of 4 different cats, each with their unique personality and behaviors is brilliant. Her humor and grief over their deaths moved me to tears. Anyone who has ever loved and lost should see this show."

"I would be the last person to call myself a cat lover - but I can truly say that I LOVED this play. Cindy wears all her emotions on her sleeve and as as snug as the cat suit she wears in the opening scene. From her misguided friends trying to set her up or write a "Match.com" profile to the deep connections she feels with her feline "children"... there is so much here to relate to. I found myself laughing at all the attempts Cindy makes to branch out (and away) from her cat life... but the bond is too strong. Like I said, I'm not a cat person, but I was overcome with emotion in the end. Cindy not only brings her cat kids to life - she also honors them in a way that only a mother's love could truly do. Bravo, Cindy! Go see "It's easier to love a cat!" It's a transformative, brave, funny and utterly gut-wrenching one-woman play that will leave you realizing that sometimes the strongest connections we make in this world aren't with people at all. And yes, even this non-cat lover can admit, It can be a lot easier to just love a cat."

"Overall impression: This was a truly unexpected and wonderful show from start to finish. It was relatable, funny, and moving; it made me laugh, cry, and reminisce. Whether you've lived a life with pets or not, I urge anyone to go see Cindy perform this beautiful show. It is the kind of show that will surely leave an impression on anyone who has the privilege of seeing it. What I liked: Fantastic storytelling. Personal, genuine, real, and emotional. I loved the unexpected nature of the beginning, and the way the audience is transported from experience to experience throughout the entire show. What I didn't like: I honestly loved it just as it was."

"This show is funny, it's sad, it's real! I loved it from the get-go with Cindy's cat impressions – she was spot on with how cats are. I felt I got to know Cindy and each cat as the play went on. I could feel her joy with them as well as the pain of her loss. And the journey she takes to heal so she can move on with her life was both funny and sad. I highly recommend this!"

"I was impressed with this courageous one-woman show. It was clever, thought-provoking, and heart-warming. The beginning was unique and attention grabbing. Following Cindy's emotional journey through life made the one hour show fly by. The excellent acting brought some audience to tears. Highly recommended."

"MEOW MEOW MEOW!!! I LOVED this show... Cindy was such a cat in the opening scene...hilarious and perceptive of the furry critters' many moves and personalities. Truth telling was deeply heartfelt and so richly honest, so appropriate for these times, especially with a mention of suicide. Yes, kitty cats can save a life!! Eventually they also mend the human in so many ways...to love oneself and family too. The awareness they provided through altered state dimensions was also encouraging! Excellent acting and amazing true story! Bravo Cindy!"

"The staging, set, and action in the show were superb. Cindy D'Andrea carries the show with her compelling home life with her best friends. This team of five became family; she brings each to life with their unique personalities and needs. As life moves on for Cindy there was not a dry eye in the house. The show is at times funny, poignant, and sad. While there was one actor we heard from many characters as the story moved through the time of Cindy's life."

"Such a beautiful – and beautifully performed – show about looking for your family, loving them, losing them, and living again. They could be cats, dogs, humans – Cindy's authentic and emotionally raw performance bring the emotion to life of what it means to truly love someone. Cindy's performance was so real, her emotions so relatable, and her physical work with the “cats” so vivid. Neither of us is a cat person, and we were both so moved by the feelings it brought up of love and family and belonging. Great writing, great performance!"
