While the ZJU theater and its productions can be controversial at times, recommending Urban Death: Tour of Terror is a no-brainer. Take your scaredy-cat friends and any young’uns (8 and up) to the family-friendly show at 7pm, then either say goodbye to them or come back another day with your weird friends to see the grown-up show. Either way, you’re in for a good time. Urban Death: Tour of Terror continues to be a fun and twisted sampler plate of horror, and now there’s a more accessible option for those who would prefer to avoid the nightmare fuel of the regular show.

If you like horror then this is right up your alley. It’s definitely not for the faint of heart or those easily freaked out. But then nothing is these days!

I loved it, even though I almost dreaded attending. It’s profoundly well done, the actor are all fascinating and totally committed to their roles. It’s really incredible actually and a proud mainstay of NoHo Theatre. Bravo!

The maze has always been dreadful (in the literal sense of the word), but now it feels more suspenseful, eliciting not only silent frisson but also audible shrieks, almost like jump-scares...

What is seen cannot be unseen, embedding itself in the dark recesses of each viewer's own dark inner dreamscape - a haunting that lasts long after the event itself is over.

Part maze, part theatre, and all terrifying, Zombie Joe’s Underground delivers for this October season the “Urban Death Tour of Terror,” and for ... haunt fans.

...Urban Death Tour of Terror 2019 is like a tasting menu for horror fans, offering small bites of violence, sex, monsters, ghosts, and many things that have no name or category...

It’s astounding that after years of attending countless shows at ZJU, I have yet to witness anything that I could confidently call a mistake.
