This is a remarkable show! Cooper's personal charm combined with his deep honesty and vulnerability, allow us to travel back to small town Kansas in the 70s and experience his coming of age as the only black kid in town. The show effortlessly reveals issues of race in america in such an intimate and light hearted way that the profundity of it all took me completely by surprise and we talked about the show for days.
